Top Buying Tips

• Take a look at our full exhibitor list at www.harrogatefashionweek.com/brands to identify which brands are a must-visit and prioritise heading to those stands.

• Where possible, make appointments with key brands in advance so you can rest assured you’ve got time to ask questions, view collections and place orders.

• Think about your goals. Are you looking to seek out new trends, expand popular categories, discover new labels or introduce add-ons, such as accessories?

• Be sure to pick up one of our official show guides to plan your route and drop off any baggage or coats at our free cloakroom for safe, easy storage.

• Take note of stands that catch your eye as you walk the show so you can revisit those of interest.

• Have your business details to hand, including bank details, to make opening any new accounts slick and stress-free. Having a business card to give to any new contacts is also a good idea.

• Once you’ve placed an order, you might want to take photos of the items you’ve chosen to avoid buying anything too similar at other stands.

• Above all else, enjoy, be inspired and build brand relationships…then reward your buying efforts with an evening meal (and glass of bubbles!) at one of Harrogate’s fabulous restaurants.
