Travel

Train: Train services to and from most UK destinations are available into Leeds or York where you can then change onto a regular Northern Rail service which runs to Harrogate. There are some direct trains a day between London Kings Cross and Harrogate.

Air: Leeds Bradford Airport is situated just 25 minutes in a taxi from Harrogate, and has flights connecting to 21 locations outside of the UK. There are daily flights to both Dublin and Belfast in the morning and evening, making it a easy trip to make from Ireland.

Wifi

There is free wifi at the venue, you can connect to the network on arrival and it is password free. Please note it is suitable for browsing, emailing etc. but not suitable for downloading large files etc.

Cloakroom

There is a cloakroom in Hall A and it is free of charge to all visitors.

Registration

Registration for Harrogate Fashion Week February 2026 is open now! You can register for your free fast track pass here.

For fast track entry into the show, it is best to register you and your team in advance.  Your badges will be emailed to you and you need to bring the confirmation email/QR code with you on the day.  You can register on the day, but will need to provide some proof of business – a business card, business letterhead etc.

The show is free to attend, and we welcome fashion retailers and buyers to the show, looking to source new collections for their retail outlets, and buy from existing brands. We do also allow prospective exhibitors and agents who want to visit the show before exhibiting.

Parking

Harrogate Convention Centre offers an underground car park which does have to be paid for. HCC’s carpark is located off King’s Road and visitors can use the postcode HG1 2HR in any sat nav. There are signs for the underground car parking around Harrogate and the Convention Centre.

Food

There are catering points within the show – our main Fashion Café at the back of Hall C, serving a wide range of food and drink throughout the day, as well as a catering point in Hall B serving hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and salads.
